As an Oracle ORC Functional Consultant, you will play a critical role in leading the solution design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Recruiting Cloud solutions. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and IT teams to understand business processes, gather requirements, and implement system configurations. In addition to delivering effective recruiting workflows, you’ll be responsible for user training, documentation, and continuous system improvement while ensuring alignment with compliance and organizational policies.
Serve as the Functional SME for Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), managing configuration and deployment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design recruitment workflows in ORC.
Configure and support modules including job requisitions, candidate workflows, interview scheduling, offers, and onboarding.
Manage integrations with third-party systems such as background verification providers, onboarding tools, and career sites.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and recruiting regulations.
Lead all testing phases – unit, SIT, UAT – and resolve functional issues.
Create training documents and deliver sessions for recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams.
Provide post-go-live support and implement continuous improvements.
Stay updated with Oracle Cloud updates and assess their relevance to the recruitment process.
Work closely with Oracle support and internal IT to resolve technical and functional issues.
