Unicorn Workforce is registered under the Companies Act, 2013. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and resolved in the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property including content, formats, algorithms, and branding are exclusively owned by Unicorn Workforce. Unauthorized use violates Indian IP laws.
3. Data Privacy and Protection
- Informed consent for data collection.
- Encryption of personal/sensitive data.
- User rights to access, correct, or delete their data.
- No third-party data sharing unless legally required or consented.
4. Employment & Labour Law Compliance
Compliance with all relevant Indian labor laws and statutes is ensured. Contractual manpower is deployed under valid and compliant agreements with full statutory dues paid.
5. Limitation of Liability
Unicorn Workforce is not liable for indirect damages including misrepresentation, disputes, outages, or data loss. All services are provided “as is.”
6. Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify Unicorn Workforce from claims or liabilities arising from breach of terms, legal violations, or false information shared.
7. Anti-Fraud and Ethical Conduct
Zero-tolerance for bribery, corruption, fake job offers, or unethical behavior. Violations will trigger blacklisting and legal action under IPC and relevant laws.
8. Non-Solicitation & Confidentiality
No direct engagement with Unicorn Workforce’s human resources or candidates for 12 months post-engagement. Confidential data is protected by contract law.
