You will be working with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver cutting-edge solutions that align with organizational HR strategies and would be on the payroll of Unicorn Workforce.
Lead and support Oracle HCM Cloud (Redwood) implementation and customization.
Configure and deploy Redwood pages using VBCS across Core HR, ORC, Benefits, and Absence modules.
Conduct requirement gathering, functional analysis, and business process mapping.
Define workflows, approval hierarchies, and security roles within the Oracle HCM system.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integrations and data flow.
Manage testing, documentation, and end-user training.
Provide ongoing support and enhancements post-implementation.
Minimum 1–2 end-to-end Oracle HCM Redwood implementation projects.
Strong hands-on experience with Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
Expertise in Core HR, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Benefits, and Absence modules.
Sound understanding of HCM data model, security roles, and business process configurations.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Exposure to Talent Management, Goals, and Compensation modules.
Experience with UK Payroll processing (if applicable).
Oracle Cloud certifications in HCM modules.
Prior experience in post-production support and enhancement activities.
Understanding of Redwood UX/UI design principles and modern HR workflows
