We’re hiring an experienced Siebel Data Migration Specialist with 5–14 years of experience in large-scale data migration projects, particularly in the telecom domain. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Siebel EIM processes (Import, Export, Merge, Delete) and strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Shell Scripting, and ETL tools. You’ll be working with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical architects to ensure end-to-end data migration quality and traceability.
Lead and execute Siebel EIM-based data migration (Import, Export, Delete, Merge).
Understand legacy systems, conduct data mapping, and define migration requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and architects to gather, analyze, and validate requirements.
Design and develop data migration plans, ETL workflows, and review technical deliverables.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, traceability, and audit readiness.
Identify risks/issues and ensure timely resolution/mitigation.
Support end-to-end migration lifecycle from planning to post-deployment validation.
5–14 years of experience in Siebel Data Migration (EIM)
Hands-on experience in telecom domain is mandatory
Deep knowledge of Siebel Data Model, EIM, and data flow
Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Shell Scripting
Good understanding of ETL tools (preferably DataStage)
Experience working on data mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder collaboration
Experience with data governance or data quality tools
Exposure to cloud-based data migration strategies
Working knowledge of Agile/DevOps environments
