This is a high-ownership role that involves client interaction, talent sourcing, and stakeholder management, and is ideal for someone who wants to grow rapidly in the recruitment domain.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle β from sourcing to onboarding β for IT and tech roles across Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Tableau, Cloud, Big Data, etc.
Engage in active sourcing using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
Screen and assess candidates for technical fit and communication skills.
Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements and timelines.
Maintain accurate candidate databases and reports.
Drive hiring strategies to meet delivery targets.
Foster positive candidate experiences and build talent pipelines for future roles.
Represent the company in client calls and deliver effectively under deadlines.
1β3 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience
Excellent English communication & interpersonal skills
Familiarity with hiring for niche tech roles (SaaS, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Confident and outgoing personality β comfortable with client-facing interactions
Proficiency in sourcing via LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Experience in working with startups or fast-growing agencies
Prior exposure to ATS tools or recruitment CRM systems
Laptop of your own is preferred
