We are seeking 3 skilled Functional Test Analysts to join a dynamic QA team. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining test scenarios that ensure the quality and functionality of critical software systems. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC to deliver high-quality products.
Design and develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on software requirements.
Execute test scenarios to validate application functionality and performance.
Perform defect logging, tracking, and verification using test management tools.
Analyze and document problems related to software functions, output, or usability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
Monitor and support bug resolution efforts and verify fixes.
Contribute to the test strategy and planning according to project timelines.
Maintain databases of known test defects and documentation of test outcomes.
5–7 years of experience in software QA/testing.
Strong understanding of test planning, design, execution, and defect management.
Proficient in testing web and client-server applications.
Familiar with bug tracking tools and test management systems.
Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience with SQL and databases.
Familiarity with basic scripting or automation is a plus.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Basic understanding of programming languages like JavaScript, VB, etc.
